The Citizen-Miyano Company has successfully introduced the BNA 34/42 line. The SU-matic tool holder package will be extended with numerous standard and special holders and is compatible with this new machine after the EMO.
The SU-matic tool holder range for the MURATA Company will be extended right at the beginning of the EMO. Tool holders (driven and stationary) for the Murata MT 200 and Murata ML 400 lines will be available as of now. Furthermore, the holders for the latest MW 50 will soon be available!
With this latest machine construction type which allows up to 48 tools, (3 revolvers per 16 tool stations) rapid settingup and process changeover is essential. To fulfil this requirement the Okuma Company and SU-matic have developed a tool system which, on the one hand allows for standard holders and on the other hand, the SU-matic Capto holder according to ISO 26623-2!
The "Standard Interface" in the machine room project, which was launched 2 years ago, has been implemented INDEX-WERKE 100% during a customer application on the premises. The SU-matic Capto Interface is the magic word. It can be applied both with stationary tools and driven tools. The same interface can even be applied with the triple turnery turret. A comprehensive line is therefore available for the above mentioned machines with the SU-matic Capto Interface.
The tool holders which we offer are also, of course, applied within the Suhner Group. The latest Nakamura Lathe has been upgraded with the patented SU-matic tool change system. Setting-up times have therefore been reduced by 30%.

As of September we will also offer a complete line of stationary and powered tool holders for the 2 spindle machines. In addition to the classic holders these are also available with the SU-matic Capto Interface (according to ISO 26623-2).
